Simply accessing the 265bet platform, completing the registration form, or placing any bet constitutes automatic, full, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and all supplementary documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

265bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after new versions are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To use 265bet's services, the User must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be physically present in Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform;
• Hold a valid CPF and be in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not be on a voluntary self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion in place at 265bet;
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of a 265bet employee.

Registration is limited to one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, or device is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, including any available balance. Each User is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided at registration.

265bet may request additional documents (photo ID, proof of address, selfie with ID) to verify a user's identity at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Use of the 265bet platform is intended exclusively for personal entertainment. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical loopholes, bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to 265bet support immediately;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account;
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any purpose not covered by these Terms;
• Placing bets using funds of illicit or undeclared origin.

265bet continuously monitors for suspicious betting patterns and reserves the right to suspend, investigate, and close accounts that show behavior inconsistent with legitimate use of the platform, without any obligation to provide immediate justification to the account under investigation.

265bet accepts the following deposit methods available to Brazilian users:

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — subject to operator approval;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — digital wallets with processing in minutes;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other banks authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum deposit amount, but 265bet may request supporting documentation of the source of funds for high-value deposits, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998).

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Deposits made by third parties will be declined and returned to the sender, and may result in the temporary suspension of the receiving account.

Withdrawals at 265bet are available exclusively via Pix and TED transfer, using the key or bank account registered and verified in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

Processing times are:

265bet may hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security verification in situations including: first withdrawal after identity verification, a withdrawal amount unusually high relative to the account's history, or when there are indications of improper use of the platform. The user will be notified by email during the review period.

Sports Betting at 265bet follows these general rules:

• The minimum stake per bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum stake per bet is set by 265bet and may vary depending on the market, competition, and available odds;
• Bets placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, unless an early cash-out feature is available for that specific market;
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original time, pre-match bets remain valid. If the match does not take place within that window, bets are cancelled and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• If a match is suspended before its regular conclusion, any unsettled markets are cancelled and refunded. Markets already settled during the match remain valid;
• 265bet reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or cancel bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, force majeure, sporting irregularities, or any other circumstance that compromises market integrity.

The casino games available at 265bet — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games and more — are provided by certified developers and operate with independently audited random number generators (RNG).

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed in the individual game information within the platform. Return percentages are set by the game developers and are not modified by 265bet.

The following rules apply to all casino games:

• Minimum and maximum bets vary by game and are displayed before each round;
• Results of settled games are final and cannot be disputed due to connectivity issues on the user's end;

• The welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 1,000.00, with a 5× rollover on the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times by opening new accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period, generally 30 days from the credit date. Bonuses with an unfulfilled rollover within that period are automatically cancelled;
• Bets placed on markets with odds lower than those specified in the bonus terms do not count toward the rollover;

VIP Program general rules:

• Every registered user is automatically enrolled at the Bronze level — no request needed;
• Tiers are reviewed every Monday based on wagering volume from the previous 30 days;
• A tier downgrade due to lower volume does not incur any financial penalty;
• The Diamond welcome bonus of R$ 8,000.00 is granted once per CPF, the first time the Diamond level is reached, with a 3× rollover and a 30-day validity period;

265bet is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following tools to all users, free of charge and without requiring any justification:

265bet may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or in verification documents;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, use of multiple accounts, or improper exploitation of bonuses;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority;
• Identified use of the account by a person under 18 years of age.

In cases of account closure due to a serious violation, 265bet reserves the right to hold the account balance for as long as necessary to complete the investigation, and may permanently forfeit funds in proven cases of fraud, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

265bet will make every reasonable effort to keep the platform continuously available. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be liable for damages resulting from:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Connectivity issues on the user's end (internet, device, carrier);
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government decisions, third-party cyberattacks;
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user, which are entirely the user's responsibility;
• Unauthorized account use by third parties due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

265bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

265bet may update these Terms at any time, for reasons including changes in Brazilian law, new service offerings, regulatory decisions, or operational improvements.

Material changes — those that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform. Editorial, grammatical, or formatting changes may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any new version constitutes full acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through 265bet support.

If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

These Terms are written exclusively in Brazilian Portuguese, and this version prevails over any translations that may be made available for convenience purposes.
